- **What a transcript carries (31 fields)**

  - **id, ticker, companyName, status**: The call, its company and its status
  - **fiscalYear, fiscalQuarter, callAt, timing**: The fiscal period and when the call was held
  - **eventKind, eventLabel**: Whether it is an earnings call, or another event (a deal call, a conference, an investor day) named by its label, with no fiscal period
  - **turns, qaStartTurn**: Each turn with its speaker, role and start in the recording, and the turn where the Q&A begins
  - **participants**: The executives and analysts on the call, with roles
  - **fullText, wordCount, language, isTranslated**: The whole text, its length, its language and whether it was translated
  - **summary, guidance, keyFigures**: The summary, the guidance management gave and the key figures
  - **analystFocus, notable, riskFactors**: What analysts pressed on, notable quotes and the risks raised
  - **sentiment, sentimentRationale**: A tone score and the reason for it
  - **webcastUrl, durationSeconds, asrModel, slidesUrl, hasSlides, updatedAt**: The replay link, its length, the text's source label, any slides and the last update

- **Keep in mind (5 limits)**

  - The list serves published calls only, newest first: 25 a page by default and up to 200.
  - The free pages skip repeat calls and transcripts under 1,500 words, so the API can list more calls than they count.
  - Summary, guidance and the other analysis fields can be null on a call that lacks them.
  - Transcripts can mishear names and figures, so check a number you rely on against the replay at webcastUrl.
  - Search returns up to 100 hits a page, pages up to 5,000 hits deep and takes a query of up to 500 characters.
