About 100 words
Gloom is a free, open-source research terminal for investors and traders. Charts, financials, SEC filings, options, news and earnings calls open behind short keyboard functions such as GP, TOP and HM, in panes you arrange into saved layouts. It runs on Mac and Windows, in the browser and in the terminal. Plugins add data sources, brokers and panes, and anyone can write one. Gloom Cloud, the optional service behind the app, adds an account, sync and chat, and Gloom Pro adds real-time quotes and the live news wire. Gloom is MIT licensed, and its source is public.
