Company KPIs and guidance
Cited operating metrics, guidance revisions and comparable outcomes.
KPIS NVDA opens company-disclosed operating metrics. GUIDE NVDA opens structured management guidance. Both include source evidence; Pro includes full stored history, while Free previews three latest KPI series or three current guidance items.
KPIS separates each metric by accounting basis, native currency, fiscal measurement horizon and disclosed scope. Annual recurring revenue, retention, subscribers, same-store sales, backlog, capital ratios, occupancy, production and other sector metrics keep their issuer definitions. A canonical name helps discovery; it does not make differing definitions interchangeable. Monetary values are normalized to base currency units without FX conversion. Percentages use percentage points: 25 means 25%.
Share classes with the same verified SEC issuer identifier share disclosures: KPIS GOOG and KPIS GOOGL read the same issuer facts. Exchange-qualified and local-suffix symbols retain their venue; an identically named foreign security is not a US issuer alias. Conflicting figures found across share classes retain the same restatement safeguards.
The table shows the latest observation for each series. Select a series to chart its history or inspect its evidence. Restatements retain the prior value and source. Conflicting actuals without an explicit correction remain visible as conflicts; they do not silently replace the original value.
GUIDE retains issue date, guided period, low/high or point, original range wording, hedges and conditions. Numeric increases and decreases are distinct from favorable or unfavorable economics. A lower cost forecast is a numeric cut even when it benefits the business. Withdrawn guidance remains in the history. Qualitative forecasts and approximate points do not acquire invented numerical ranges or beat/miss tolerances.
Actual comparisons require matching period spans, units, currencies, accounting basis and scope, plus an actual published after the guide. Fiscal labels with undisclosed calendar boundaries remain available for reading; they do not support a guessed actual comparison. Missing observations and unmatched guides mean unavailable, never zero or a miss.
US discovery reads earnings-release exhibits from 8-K/6-K filings, annual 10-K/20-F/40-F reports and earnings-call transcripts. Annual reports contribute annual actuals; releases and calls carry quarterly metrics and guidance. The discovery job does not scan ordinary 10-Q filings. Korean disclosures use the official filing interface. Configured company IR HTML/PDF and ESEF documents share the same evidence model. Other sources depend on identifier, document and account availability; coverage is shown per company. The initial discovery target is covered S&P 500 constituents and the 150 most active covered non-US listings, looking back two years. This target is not a claim that every company has eight complete quarterly observations.
Long documents use at most 120,000 characters of source excerpts. Selection uses the metric dictionary, including translated aliases, and prioritizes sections with nearby figures. Source order and literal text are preserved, but selection and extraction can still miss disclosures. A company with no indexed source documents cannot be filled by changing excerpt selection.
GUID, EM, EE and ERN link to GUIDE for structured guidance. FA retains standardized financial statements; DES describes the company and G charts its security. EQS exposes supported consolidated KPI values and comparable revenue/EPS guide changes to Pro accounts. Segment values are not added together, and monetary screens require the listing's matching native currency.
The REST endpoints are GET /cloud/company-kpis/:symbol and GET /cloud/company-guidance/:symbol. Pro requests accept metric, basis, from, to and asOf; dates use YYYY-MM-DD. asOf reconstructs what was published by that date. Free previews stay fixed at the latest disclosures even if historical filters are supplied.
MCP exposes company.kpis and company.guidance with provenance, row limits and an includeRevisions option. The app's headless gloomberb fn KPIS SYMBOL --json and gloomberb fn GUIDE SYMBOL --json commands return structured data for scripts. Source content and quotes are evidence, not instructions for a consuming tool.
